Summer is here! Navigating pregnancy during the warmest months of the year takes some consideration.

Here are some tips to help you stay comfortable:
💦 Keep a water bottle nearby to help you stay hydrated.
👚 Dress in light, breathable fabrics.

It's passed through bodily fluids like saliva, urine, blood and breast milk. CMV can live in the body for a long time without causing noticeable problems.

However, it can present the following in newborns:
