Welcome to Southgate Medical Group!
Our office address is 3 Heritage Center, Suite 1, Southgate, MI, 48195. We are an internal medicine and primary care office dedicated to providing top-notch healthcare since 2006. (Please don't confuse us with Southgate Medical Clinic or Southgate Medical Center)

We are committed to informing you and ensuring you receive the best care possible.
All adults seen at our practice should have annual physicals, which allows us to offer preventative medical care.
We also offer sports physicals.
We do not perform DOT physicals.
Same-day appointments are available.
We offer the following testing:
Cardiac (EKGs, echocardiograms, and stress tests)
Pulmonary (spirometry)
General X-rays
Ultrasounds
Vascular (Dopplers of the arteries and veins)
Neurological (EMG)
Blood work (In-house full-time phlebotomist)
Bone Density
ANS (Autonomic Nervous System)
