At Arkay Incorporated, we're all about transparency and sharing our journey with the people who matter most.
Here's some program updates from our Leadership Team:

đŸ©” April is Autism Awareness Month, a time to celebrate the strengths, talents, and individuality of the people we support every day. Across our programs, we continue to create meaningful experiences, build connections, and support success—and this month has been full of just that!

💡 Autism Awareness Fun Fact
Did you know? Autism is called a spectrum because it includes a wide range of strengths, challenges, and abilities. Every individual experiences the world in their own unique way—highlighting the importance of personalized support and inclusive environments.

✅ QUALITY & COMPLIANCE SPOTLIGHT
Great news from our Quality team! We had an audit from OCHN this week and are proud to share that there were no areas of noncompliance—a fantastic outcome!
Shoutout to Tiffany Jenkins and Jamie Pike for their hard work and preparation leading up to the audit.
Kudos as well to our Case Managers for providing thoughtful feedback to Cherie during her first case audit—your collaboration makes a difference!
And a big thank you to Kim for quickly providing needed documentation within 24 hours for the upcoming claims audit—your responsiveness is greatly appreciated!

🌟 Crossings Update
We’re excited to officially welcome Kierra Jones, who started as Program Manager at our Crossings location on April 13! Her first week has been filled with trainings and getting to know both staff and consumers—we’re so happy to have her on board.
It’s already been a fun and creative week at Crossings! Consumers enjoyed a craft activity where they made festive Mother’s Day hats, and kicked off the week with a Bingo lunch on Monday, filled with good food, fun, and friendly competition.
