‼️PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS DRIVE‼️

Each month our residents volunteer with Community Solutions, Inc. & fill welcome bags for their clients! It is so rewarding for our residents to give their time back to something bigger than themselves.

Our residents are holding a personal care products drive to collect unused personal care products for this wonderful organization.

If you can donate to our drive monetarily or by donating unused products, we will have a bin collecting donations in our main lobby now through May 4th. 💜💙

All of us were decked out in green for our St. Patty’s Day party! The Irish mudslides & rueben egg rolls paired with live music by T.Ray Taylor was a great great time!! 🍀🎊

Rainy days like this call for indoor walking club! The idea sounds so simple but during the colder months we love to just put on some tunes & walk the halls together to get a little bit of exercise in while we catch up & have a few laughs! ☔️💪🏻

Congratulations to one of our many incredible certified nursing assistants- Cheryl Gagnon! Cheryl received LeadingAge Connecticut & Rhode Island’s Caring Hands Award for her excellent service & compassionate care she provides our residents with on a daily basis.

We are so lucky to have a staff member like Cheryl as part of our OAS family! This recognition is so very deserved! 💗

We had the best time watching Southington High School perform in “Mama Mia!” last night! It feels so special to us knowing that we have so much talent right in our hometown! 🎭❤️

Shout out to Rachel, our Director of Recreation who is out in California at the Community Leaders Summit with the Alzheimer's Association due to her volunteerism within the Alzheimer's Association Connecticut Chapter! We are so proud of her & can’t wait to hear all that she brings back to our community! 💜

ALZ staff and volunteers have taken over and turned Disneyland PURPLE for our annual Community Leaders Summit! Always great to connect with fellow mission-movers and ignite the fight for the coming year. 💜
