Celebrating our athletes’ incredible achievements in 2024 PART 1
From dominating individual swim events 🏊♀️ to securing college commitments 🎓 and making their mark in the NCAA tournament 🏆, we’re proud to have been part of their journey. Here’s to hard work, dedication, and unstoppable progress—on and off the field. 💪
1. Abby Sowa- Captain & senior defender/midfielder, helped lead East Carolina Women’s Soccer to their first NCAA tournament appearance in program history. She played 5,658 minutes throughout her career, starting in 76 of 78 games.
2. Isabella Salina- Committed to the University of Kansas as a centerback for their soccer team.
3. Ella Nadeau- Had a strong freshman performance, including winning the 500 free event for Division I swim program UMBC.
4. Austin Florian- A professional skeleton athlete for team USA, he is currently ranked 11th in the world after placing in the top 10 at World Cups in Sigulda, Latvia & Altenberg, Germany.
5. Zack Noyes- Committed to Nichols College for baseball, studying criminal justice.
6. Jess Carr- Sophomore midfielder for UCONN women’s soccer, her team had a fantastic season, making it to the second round of the NCAA tournament where they narrowly lost to #14 Stanford.
7. Aeden Finateri- After spending three seasons with Division I Georgia Tech, was picked up as a starting pitcher for Alabama Crimson Tide, who have won more SEC championships than any other school.
