Who are we?

We are an innovative Anesthesia & Pain Management Company specializing in the delivery of Opioid Free Anesthesia and Opioid Free Functional Pain Management services.

As a pain practice we believe in digging to the root of the problem and building a plan that treats the cause of the underlying problem and the whole patient...we are bigger than symptom management. We achieve this through a variety of evidence based methods that incorporate medical, holistic, lifestyle and dietary approaches. We target site specific conditions utilizing ultrasound guided therapies that may include local anesthetics, steroids, PRP and amniotic stem cells. We also perform comprehensive and exotic nutritional testing to evaluate for imbalances in minerals, vitamins, fatty acids, amino acids, methylation pathways, genomics, and epigenetic pathways. We understand the importance of the relationship between hormonal imbalances and pain as well, assessing every patient deficiencies in testosterone and imbalances in thyroid and adrenal function. We have an extensive array of IV therapies that target inflammation, immune function, nutritional deficiencies and much more. Our functionally trained nutritionists and dietitians offer dedicated consultation and ongoing counseling, and can provided this from the comfort of your own home if you choose. We also offer mental health services to support intense psycho-emotional component of those dealing with chronic pain. This service can also be offered from the comfort of your own home if that works best for you.

As an anesthesia group we utilize a combination of Advanced Ultrasound Guided Regional Anesthetic techniques, Multimodal Non-Opioid Medications, and Enhanced Recovery after Surgery (ERAS) methods to guide our treatment plans in collaboration with the patient and the team we work with. Our services are provided in the hospital, outpatient surgical, and office based settings and focus each patient as an individual human with their own unique medical and personal needs.
