Early parenthood has a way of making you feel like you should be doing more, researching more, fixing more.

But the truth is… you’re already doing a lot just by noticing, caring, and showing up.

Your baby is learning how to exist in their body.
You’re learning how to be there for them.

This swipe breaks down a few things I’ve experienced and talk parents through all the time.

1. Newborn only looking one direction
2. Moving while sleeping
3. tummy time struggles

It’s okay to feel overwhelmed.
It’s okay to ask questions.
And it’s more than okay to trust that you’re doing enough.

You’re not behind. You’re not missing something.
You’re doing exactly what your baby needs. You got this!

Being stuck inside all day makes you do crazy things…

Yes, she still loves me 🤣

Thanks for the inspiration

Simple movements during everyday routines (like diaper changes) can support your baby’s brain development!

And the best part?
You’re probably already doing some of these movements without even realizing it!

These small moments help your baby explore coordination, connection between both sides of the brain, and body awareness which are all things that support development over time.

No extra toys. No extra time. Just small, intentional movement built into what you’re already doing.

You’re doing more for your baby’s brain than you think!

Parents trust me with the most important thing in their lives. That trust is never lost on me.

I know what it feels like to want the very best for your child (I have 3 kids of my own). I know what it feels like to hope someone will pay attention to the details and see your child the way you see them.

So when a parent places their child in my hands, I meet that moment exactly how I would want it, with gratitude and focus.

This work is not about quick fixes. It is about showing up for families and giving kids the best start we can. Every time a parent chooses my clinic, I feel honored to be part of their story.

I’ve never been big on resolutions. I’m always building, adjusting, learning. This year I’m moving forward with one word in mind: growth.

The goal is simple, end the year better than I started. Consistency and accountability are what matter most.

Tell me in the comments what your word is this year.
