Sierra at Southlake offers comprehensive, personalized outpatient treatment for adults age 18 and older of all genders who are struggling with mental health disorders, addiction, posttraumatic stress disorder, and other behavioral health concerns. Most of Southlake, Texas, is in Tarrant County, with a small section of the town crossing the border into Denton County. Sierra at Southlake offers two
levels of outpatient treatment to help adults whose lives have been disrupted by mental health disorders, addiction, and other behavioral health concerns. Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) and our intensive outpatient program (IOP) both feature a customized variety of evidence-based, research-supported services. Adults may step down to one of these outpatient programs after completing inpatient or residential care, or they may enter treatment directly with us at either the PHP or IOP level. Depending on factors such as need, progress, and level of care, an adult’s customized outpatient treatment at Sierra at Southlake may include basic medical services, medication management, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy. All adults who receive outpatient treatment for addiction, mental health disorders, or other behavioral health concerns with us work in close collaboration with a team of skilled and compassionate professionals.
