I am passionate about supporting and empowering individuals to feel more encouraged and confident in their lives. I specialize in working with adults and adolescents to help them resolve issues including depression, anxiety, abuse, self-esteem, stress management, and work/life balance. I also provide group counseling in areas including emotional support, psychoeducation, self-esteem concerns, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, career concerns, and personal growth. I use a collaborative approach, where we will work together to explore life's challenges and work toward your desired goals.
