📸 Leadership in Action at Texas Health Southlake!

What do you get when you mix spaghetti, marshmallows, and a room full of passionate leaders? A whole lot of laughter, learning, and a little friendly competition!

During our recent Leadership Development Institute, teams of leaders came together for the classic Spaghetti & Marshmallow Challenge—a fun and insightful exercise in creativity, collaboration, and communication.

Guided by President Traci Bernard and Chief Nursing Officer Sharon Radcliffe, our leadership teams worked side by side to build the tallest freestanding structures (with a marshmallow on top, of course!). But more than just towers, they built trust, teamwork, and stronger connections.

At Southlake, we believe that great leadership is built one moment—and one marshmallow—at a time. 💙
