BE In Bloom

Spring does not rush. It does not force. It responds to light.
The Spring Equinox arrives on March 20, marking the moment when day and night are nearly equal in length. It is a balance point. A hinge in the year. From here forward, the light begins to linger longer than the dark.

Mark the turning of the season with a deeply nourishing Spring Equinox Sound Bath on March 22 with Dan Hall. Let vibration do what sunlight does for seeds. Soften what feels tight. Awaken what is ready to rise.

In yoga, that kind of balance is sacred. Equal effort and ease. Equal inhale and exhale. Equal grounding and rising.
If you want to explore that balance through breath, join Dan for BE the Breath, our Second Friday breath practice, this month on March 13. Breath is the bridge between effort and surrender. Between winter and spring. Between who you were and who you are becoming.

To “Be In Bloom” does not mean becoming someone new. It means allowing what has been quietly growing beneath the surface all winter to finally show itself.
