BE In Bloom
Spring does not rush. It does not force. It responds to light.
The Spring Equinox arrives on March 20, marking the moment when day and night are nearly equal in length. It is a balance point. A hinge in the year. From here forward, the light begins to linger longer than the dark.
Mark the turning of the season with a deeply nourishing Spring Equinox Sound Bath on March 22 with Dan Hall. Let vibration do what sunlight does for seeds. Soften what feels tight. Awaken what is ready to rise.
In yoga, that kind of balance is sacred. Equal effort and ease. Equal inhale and exhale. Equal grounding and rising.
If you want to explore that balance through breath, join Dan for BE the Breath, our Second Friday breath practice, this month on March 13. Breath is the bridge between effort and surrender. Between winter and spring. Between who you were and who you are becoming.
To “Be In Bloom” does not mean becoming someone new. It means allowing what has been quietly growing beneath the surface all winter to finally show itself.
And blooming requires strength.
On March 14 join Carol Slack for Strong Bones, Steady Soul: A Yoga Workshop for Healthy Bones. Growth is not only delicate. It is also structural. This workshop supports the foundation that lets you rise with steadiness and confidence.
Ways to Celebrate the Equinox:
Clear one physical space in your home to invite fresh energy and take it deeper by joining Diana Casabar for Spring Clean Your Organs with Qigong on March 8. Think of it as internal spring cleaning. A reset from the inside out.
Set one clear intention for the next 90 days.
Journal on this question: What has been quietly growing in me?
And if what you need most is stillness, come rest with us. BE Restored offers spacious, restorative practice on March 1 at 2:30 PM and March 27 at 6:30 PM. Sometimes blooming begins in the quiet.
Your practice this month can reflect all of it. Breathe deeply. Strengthen wisely. Refresh what feels stagnant. Rest fully. Listen closely.
