But pain rarely stays in one place.

Training hard but still feeling tight, heavy, and not moving like you normally do? That’s usually not a “stretch more” problem. It’s often your body protecting an area that’s been irritated or overloaded, so it tightens up, you start compensating, and the same nagging spot keeps coming back.

A good recovery plan does two things: it calms the system down and it fixes what’s driving the tension.
