It truly does help improve your posture, helps relieve chronic and acute pain, and helps hold your post adjustment alignment. Don't skip your exercises, and next time you are in the office, grab a foam roller if you don't have one at home!

It only hurt when I was bending and twisting though. But after another week, it hurt just to be on my knees playing with my toddler."

Finally back to normal time this weekend!!! Alot of people think Daylight Savings Time and "Regular" time each get half a year, but Daylight Savings actually takes up almost 8 months! We love Daylight Savings, and we love going home and the end of the day with the sun still up!
