Today's Exercise > Sacred breathing > 4 counts in, hold 4, out 4. Repeat for 10 rounds. Dedicate each breath to releasing something that no longer serves you.

Azrael's energy today is not heavy. It is holy. Your spiritual hygiene practice today is about sacred release and making space for what the Divine is bringing in. Use Apache Tear or Smoky Quartz to absorb what you are releasing. Burn Sage to clear the space around you. Place a White Lily on your altar as an offering of devotion and transition.

2. Honor your ancestors today by doing something they could not do in their lifetime. Make the call. Send the application. Show up for yourself.
3. Do a brief ancestor offering if this is part of your practice. A glass of water, a candle, a whispered thank you.
4. At midday, check in with yourself > are you circling a decision or are you making one? Make it.
5. Release one old story that has been keeping you small. Write it down and then cross it out. That chapter is done.

North Tarrant Holistic Fair

North Tarrant County was lacking in ways to educate and assist people who are looking for holistic, ‘green’, natural ways of healing and well-being. There are holistic fairs all over Dallas, and a few in Fort Worth/Mid-Cities, but none for those of us living in the north! So we decided to start one in 2018 that the surrounding communities would have easy access to!

If you are searching for new and natural ways to live a better life by using ‘green’ products, want to learn how to use essential oils, want to have access to energy healers or psychic/intuitive readers to assist in well-being physically and spiritually, or you just want beautiful crystals, stones or jewelry - this is the place to find it on 2nd Sundays in February, April, June, August, October and December! Sam and Annette look forward to meeting you and in assisting to fulfill the holistic needs of the surrounding communities!
