To close out National Sleep Wellness Week, check out these tips to help improve your sleep wellness --

Try to go to bed and wake up around the same time every day. Yes, even on weekends! This helps regulate the body’s internal clock, promoting a more consistent sleep-wake cycle.

Establish calming pre-sleep rituals, such as reading a book, taking a warm bath, or gentle stretching.

Exercise can promote better sleep, but intense activity too close to bedtime may have the opposite effect. Aim to complete your workout at least a few hours before bedtime.
