We are an established Orthopedic office with locations in Irving, Southlake, and Fort Worth. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care in a professional and inviting environment. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team as bi-lingual front office coordinators/receptionists and telephone receptionists.
Job Responsibilities:
• Patient Interaction: Greet and check-in/check-out patients, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
• Scheduling: Manage appointment bookings efficiently.
• Communication: Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
• Insurance: Verify and reconcile insurance information using computer systems.
• Administrative Duties: Perform various tasks including data entry and maintaining patient records.
