Let me add a little context to what I’m saying here 😊
Treatment of the body, whether it’s painful or not, is never a waste of time.
But during a session, my time is intentional. I’m not doing a full body relaxation massage, I’m working toward a specific goal: reducing your pain as efficiently as possible.
I use movement testing, range of motion, and targeted work to figure out what’s actually contributing to your discomfort.
Sometimes those areas are tender, and that feedback helps guide where I need to focus.
I adjust pressure throughout the session and check in often so we don’t overdo it. Some clients feel soreness after, some don’t, but the goal is always the same: real, lasting relief.
