Do you brush before breakfast or after breakfast? 🤔

🦷 The right answer: Before breakfast!!

Brushing first helps remove overnight bacteria and protects your enamel—especially if you’re drinking coffee or orange juice ☕🍊
Acidic foods and drinks can soften enamel, and brushing after can actually cause more harm if you don’t wait.

If you do brush after eating, wait at least 30 minutes to protect your smile.
