Meet Our Medical Director

Dr. Scott E. Kasden, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon (Ret.) • 32 Years Surgical Experience

My name is Dr. Kasden. I am a board-certified plastic surgeon and served as a solo practice surgeon for 32 years, specializing in cosmetic and reconstructive procedures of the face, breast, and body. I retired from active surgery in 2024, but my commitment to patient safety, aesthetic excellence, and education never ended.

Throughout my surgical career, I developed a deep understanding of facial anatomy, tissue structure, healing pathways, and complication prevention. These are the foundations of safe and natural aesthetic treatment—and they are the standards I continue to uphold every day as Medical Director.

Since 2011, I have supported medspas throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area in delivering high-quality care with an emphasis on safety, ethical practice, and natural results.

Today, I am proud to bring that experience to I Love My Look. Sapna’s philosophy of thoughtful enhancement, long-term skin integrity, and preserving individuality aligns closely with my own approach to aesthetics. Together, we are dedicated to creating results that are refined, elevated, and authentically you.

Outside of medicine, I enjoy photography and often spend my free time behind the camera capturing the beauty of everyday life.
