This Christmas season, what’s one non-material thing you’re praying for in your mental or emotional health?

Peace from anxiety. Healing in your marriage. Loneliness.

Seeking support is not a weakness, it’s an act of courage and hope. Counseling can be one of the greatest gifts you give yourself this season. You don’t have to carry it alone.

✨ “What’s one thing you wish people better understood about you this time of year?” ✨

For many, Christmas is a season of celebration.
But for others, it’s a season that quietly aches.

If you’re grieving, navigating a divorce, healing from heartbreak, or walking through a major life transition… this time of year can feel heavy in ways that are hard to explain.

This question creates space for honesty:
💭 I’m doing my best, even on the hard days.
💭 I need gentleness more than expectations.
💭 The holidays feel different for me right now and that’s okay.

As you move through this season, remember:
✨ You’re not required to “be okay” for anyone else.
✨ You can honor what you feel and set the pace you need.
✨ Peace comes in small steps, and each one counts.
✨ There is strength in honoring exactly where you are.
If this season feels tender, you’re not alone. We are here to walk with you through every chapter, even the hard ones.

We were honored to partner with Newport Healthcare to host a warm and encouraging morning for our amazing community school counselors at our Southlake office. 💛

We loved welcoming counselors from Birdville ISD and Fort Worth Christian School. Thank you for the heart you bring to your students each and every day.

Today was all about pouring back into the leaders who pour into our kids. Your dedication, support, and advocacy make such a difference in our community. 🥞☕️

Check Your “Autumn Assumptions”
As the season slows down, our thoughts can get louder.
CBT reminds us: a thought is not a fact.

Try this simple fall exercise:
🍁 Catch the thought ➡️ “I’m falling behind.”
🍁 Check it ➡️ “What evidence supports this? What evidence doesn’t?
🍁 Choose a balanced thought ➡️ “I’m doing what I can in this season.”
