One of the most common questions we hear from first-time patients is:
“Does Botox hurt?”

The truth is, most people are surprised by how quick and comfortable the treatment can be.

During injections, Madison uses a small vibrating tool called a distractor. The vibration helps redirect your attention away from the injection site, which can make the experience feel much more comfortable.

For patients who are more sensitive, we also have options like topical numbing to help make the treatment even easier.

Last week, Dr. Rihani walked through Diane’s surgical plan and the details behind the approach he recommended for her facial rejuvenation.

Well… this is pretty much it 😅

You’ll notice that we share a lot of education, patient journeys, and before-and-after results here. But what many people don’t realize is that every single piece of patient content you see is shared only with consent.

One of the biggest fears patients have before facial surgery is pain and recovery time.

This patient shared something that surprised her the most…

There was almost no pain at all.

But what really stood out to her was how supported she felt through the entire process. Dr. Rihani stayed in close communication with her family, even speaking with her husband right after surgery to walk through everything and answer questions.

Not every patient needs “more.”
Some patients need balance.

In this case, we built a surgical plan that addressed:

• Brow asymmetry with an endoscopic brow lift
• A skin-only upper blepharoplasty (preserving muscle to avoid hollowing)
• Lower eyelid fat herniation with skin tightening
• Jowling and neck laxity with a deep plane facelift

The goal wasn’t to erase her character.

In fact, we intentionally preserved the natural hooding of her upper eyelids because that fullness is part of what makes her look like herself. Removing muscle would have changed that.
