New Class Coming September 16th!
Stay above ground in this chair class that has bit of Yoga and Pilates influences mixed with a great deal of body stretching.
This class is for all those who prefer to stay off of the floor but are searching for movement that loosens tight muscles and joints and releases tension in the body. This class will also assist in the reduction of stress on the mind and body.
Post physical therapy, use a cane, walker or wheelchair, all are welcome as we explore movement in a seated position. Previous experience with Yoga or Pilates not necessary.
