I love teaching—but what I might love even more is being a student. 💫 Yesterday, I took a killer barre class from Helen (🔥 seriously, still feeling it) and followed it up with an incredible private Pilates session with Michelle at who worked every part of my body—I walked out taller, stronger, and totally reconnected. 🙌🏼

Every time I step into class as a student, I learn something new—not just about the practice, but about my body, my mind, and my spirit.

I’m so grateful for this beautiful community of movers and teachers. Always learning, always growing. 💛
