Hello everyone I’m Benjamin I am a firefighter in North Carolina. I have bipolar depression but I’m on medication for it and I’m doing good, and I made this page to help people understand their mental illness. You may say, You don’t know anything. why should I listen to you? Well you’re right I don’t know anything, but I’m here to listen and tell you how it was for me and what I went through,also how I got through it.
