🤓Please know that at your first visit back in the new year, we check your benefits and let you know what has changed, stayed the same, etc.

🆕If you have switched insurance plans, please bring your new insurance card in with you for your chart!

🏧Please be mindful that what you were used to paying last year as a copay/deductible may have changed this year! We have NO control over your insurance plan and what they require, we are just the messenger! 😀 We will be happy to provide you a copy of your plan information if needed!

💰We know insurance can be frustrating, and we are only in network with limited plans. We do have a cash pay option here that does not limit you to the amount of visits you can be seen! We have flexible payment plans as well. We never want money to be an issue for you to get the best care you deserve!

After much thought, we have decided that starting December 1, 2025, we will no longer be open on Fridays. Our hours will be Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9-6 as usual, and animals on Tuesdays. For now, this is best for us and our needs and hope you all understand! Thank you for continuing to choose SFC!
