At the Heart Midwifery �Utah based birth & postpartum doula to become a midwife�Wellness Advocate Hi it's Crista Hark!

I'm a birth and postpartum student doula at the moment hoping to become a midwife and teach other midwives about the sacrament of birth. I am also a doterra wellness advocate hoping to serve you and your family wherever your journey takes you. As noted I cannot use my doterra wellness advocacy in my doula practice. Doulas are not clinical or to practice medicine to help their client, we refer them to their provider. I am a mother to two kids, married to the love of my life, and living in the Spanish Fork, Utah area.
