It’s with GREAT pleasure that I introduce Starlyte Yoga 200 YTT training is back up and running!
If you’ve been wanting to be a yoga instructor, wanting to learn deeper about yoga and yourself, you’ve been looking for something to challenge you, maybe you’re struggling with this covid pandemic and you need something to uplift you, then this is it!

Friends and yogis!
I’ve had people telling me recently they didn’t know I was still teaching yoga! I AM still teaching!!

I teach at Salem Total Fitness on:
Monday 8 pm
Thursday 8 pm
Saturday 9 am

Classes are only $5 or free with your membership. We have so many of our old yogis from Starlyte Yoga and so many new yoga friends we’ve met at Total Fitness! Please come join us!

Friends and yogis!
I started reading a very powerful book by called Ancient Remedies, and WOW is it powerful!
On page 21, you can read here the benefits he talks about yoga and tai chi. Slow body movements. I could go on and on and on about the benefits of yoga as well, but there’s not enough time here on social.
Instead, I invite you to join us for yoga classes at Salem Total Fitness.
Our new class schedule is:
Monday night 8pm
Thursday night 8pm
Saturday morning at 9am
Whatever your body type, health status, unmotivated, full after eating dinner, or whatever it is you’re depriving your body of happiness.

One of my very FAVORITE parts about being a yoga instructor is watching my students evolve.
Look how beautiful one of my new yogis pincha mayurasana is coming along. I’m SO PROUD of her!!
I miss my little yoga studio every single day, but I’ve been blessed to have Salem Total Fitness bring me on as a yoga instructor. Our classes are growing and we’re adding a new class to the schedule.
Right now I teach Monday nights at 8 pm and Saturday mornings at 9 am.
Starting Thursday February 11th we will be adding a Thursday night at 8 pm class.

If you choose to come to a class, and I highly encourage you to not only because I’m a fun teacher, play good music and it makes your body feel incredible...but also because these classes fill up fast!
Come give it a try, it’s only $5!

It’s Monday! Woo hoo! Yoga tonight at 8 pm Salem Total Fitness. Tonight’s class will be power yoga so come prepared with water and high energy! If you want to take it slow, you know you ALWAYS have that option. Don’t let the word ‘power’ scare you away. 😉See you tonight!
