I’m excited to join as an Assistant XC coach this fall!

With 23 years of running experience and 8 years of chiropractic clinical expertise, I’m excited to help as many kids and families as possible this year!

“You know so much about running and health; you can help these kids in ways we can’t.” 🥲

Since working in Spanish Fork, I’ve learned 2 things: great relationships go a long way, and small communities like Spanish Fork refer like crazy. I’ve created some great relationships with many teachers and admin, but have wanted a way to help the kids too. So many kids, specifically runners, can have their health and athletic trajectory changed by getting adjusted early. These kids can have their lives changed for the better by introducing them to chiropractic now, instead of in 10-20-30 years. And beyond the kids, families can be introduced to our system and our style of gentle chiropractic that is beyond just the snap, crackle, pop.

My dream is to be involved with more high school athletes as a coach, mentor, and “the go-to doc” for runners, athletes and their families in southern Utah County, and this will be an amazing opportunity to help get there! 🫶🏼

I love all my patients, but this one a little more 😉 Baby Cody is my 4th kiddo and is a thriving, happy 5 month old who gets adjusted regularly.

Little babies can’t regulate their nervous system very well (most of us adults can’t either, for that matter 😜), so gentle and soft adjustments help keep Cody moving and eating and sleeping well.
