Look ahead at your schedule and intentionally block off a few days just for yourself. Give yourself the freedom to rest or follow whatever feels right in the moment. It’s easy to fill every hour, but unscheduled time can bring unexpected joys!

A “no plans” day is a gift to yourself. There are no expectations and no rushing. See what happens when you slow down and give yourself room to breathe.
