This entire month we’ve been blessed with so many people coming in to perform Christmas music for our residents. We even had a Christmas program this afternoon here. I love our residents SO much, and love all the surrounding community members that show up to love, serve and make a difference for our sweet residents! I’ll share pictures from today, and pics from just this past week. Can you tell they are so loved! ❤️

Another wonderful day today! The Vanguard Home schoolers brought such a special Christmas cheer with their music and visits! They made each resident a special ornament also. The guitarist wrote a song called “ Little Baby in a manger”, and it will be published in the new church hymn book coming out! (Page 1209). We all got a prelude of the song before it’s published! Absolutely beautiful! The kids have voices of angels!

Tonight was magical!! Thank you to these youth and their leaders for sharing your talents and love with us! Once again I’ll say how blessed we are to feel so loved! The holiday season brings so much happiness to our home here at Hearthstone! 🎄🥰❤️

Starting our Christmas season off perfectly today! The Activity day girls and their leaders from the Crosswinds 2nd Ward, came to sing to our residents and play charades! Each resident received a gift from the girls and and a bag of yummy treats! We really are so blessed! It was a special evening with these kids. We worked all day to get our Christmas trees and decorations up before they arrived)! The spirit of Christmas is in the air. 🎄❤️

Starting the week off with Christmas music by the “Just For Fun” group of talented ladies! Thank you for making our day so special! We are thankful!!

We had such a fun time last night surprising our Branch Present, Ladd Timpson for his birthday!! The residents made all his signs last week for this party, and were so excited to surprise him! We are grateful for President Timpson, his beautiful wife Keri and the other branch members who make such a difference in the lives of our residents! Thank you for you love and service!!! We love you!!! 🥰❤️🥳🎉

Happy Veterans Day to our wonderful residents who served our Country! Thank you for your dedication, your courage and sacrifice, and for protecting our freedom! We are so proud of each of you! It was such a special day! Thank you to Machelle Preston who hand made a quilt for each veteran!! They were so surprised and thankful to be surrounded by all their friends! We are truly blessed!! 🇺🇸❤️

Our cute trick or treaters just made our day!! We handed out lots of treats ands lots of hugs!

A group of Activity day girls came in with their leaders this morning to do a craft with out residents. They each made a Mosaic Tile, and they all turned out so awesome! The girls made extras for the residents who couldn’t come out for this activity. The youth are so great!!!

We had a fun outing to the pumpkin patch today! We took a hay ride through the corn maze and saw lots of pumpkins, corn and flowers! 🎃 They know how to party! 🥳🥰❤️

A Big THANK YOU to these amazing youth who came after school to paint our residents nails! The interaction was so special, and the ladies didn’t want them to leave! These girls promised them that they would be back! You know my saying…it’s always a WIN WIN with the youth and our seniors! 🥰❤️
