You’re showing up for your life, handling what needs to be handled, and from the outside everything looks fine… but something still feels off.
Not broken or falling apart, just not fully like yourself.
Most of the women I work with wouldn’t say they have trauma. They’re strong, capable, and have learned how to move through hard things, but their body is still holding stress it never got the chance to fully process.
So they keep trying to think their way through it, push through it, or “figure it out,” and nothing really shifts in a lasting way.
Because this isn’t something you solve in your mind… it’s something your body needs space to release.
That’s the work I do whether it’s in a session or inside a retreat.
