Spanish Fork Urgent Care now has extended hours starting March 1, 2026! We’re open 8AM–9PM, 7 days a week to care for life’s unexpected moments. Walk-ins are welcome. From fractures and sports injuries to flu symptoms, stitches, and X-rays, our team is here when you need us most.

SF Family Medicine is pleased to welcome Dr Scott Moberg, DO to our Team! Dr Moberg, is currently accepting New Patients.

Dr Moberg completed his undergraduate studies in Spanish at Brigham Young University before earning his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Liberty University. Dr. Moberg completed his residency in full-scope family medicine at Intermountain Health’s Utah Valley Family Medicine, where he was the chief resident.

With board certification from the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Moberg offers comprehensive care for everyone, from newborns to geriatric patients. His dedication to patient care stems from his time spent in Mexico, where he discovered the joy of helping the overlooked and underserved. Dr. Moberg speaks fluent Spanish.

In his role at Revere Health, Dr. Moberg aims to build enduring relationships with his patients and serve as an advocate to help them achieve their healthcare goals.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, participating in endurance sports, coaching youth athletics, and exploring the outdoors.

Welcome Judy De La Vega FNP-C to Spanish Fork Family Medicine. Accepting New Patients

Judy De la Vega, FNP-C, received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Texas Woman’s University and earned her Masters in Nursing from the University of Texas. Judy worked as a nurse in a level II trauma center emergency room in Texas for many years, where she gained experience treating a wide variety of conditions.

Judy is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She is a fluent Spanish speaker.

Judy was inspired to work in medicine by her mother and family members who worked in healthcare. During Judy’s career, she has had the opportunity to learn from providers who went above and beyond for their patients. She strives to emulate their examples and provide exceptional care to her patients. Her goals as a provider are to offer valuable, patient-centered care and build trusting relationships with her patients and their families.

In her free time, Judy enjoys weightlifting, kickboxing, tennis, hiking, pickleball, and golf. She also loves playing board games with her family.

As school resumes this month, it is a good time to understand the importance of well-child checks and routine immunizations to keep your children safe and healthy.

It’s important to note that well-child checks encompass more than just a physical examination. They provide an opportunity to track growth and development milestones, screen for early-stage depression/mental health issues, get caught up on recommended immunizations, and discuss items of concern such as proper nutrition or exercise habits. These all contribute to improved well-being for your child and stronger caregiving skills for the parents.
