Heavenly Father, please give us the strength to get through our son's awful breakdown.

We are really struggling with what to do with our adult son's destructive outbursts and verbal abuse.

All we were doing was watching a PG Goonies movie and instantly went into unsafe mode in his room

Please please help us figure out what we can do with handling these destructive episodes and self injurious behaviors with our ASD/ ADHD/ PTSD/ Anxiety!

He even has a visual Crisis Plan that he refuses to use before he escalates completely out of control.
