Ever wonder why social situations can feel so exhausting for your child? 🥱

In our newest All Autism Talk Podcast episode, Caroline Maguire breaks down the difference between adjusting to a situation and feeling like you have to hide who you are. For many neurodivergent individuals, that effort can be constant and draining in ways that aren’t always visible.

It’s a helpful reminder that comfort, self-expression, and feeling understood matter just as much as “fitting in.” ❤️
