Recently Dr. Manning traveled to Sinaloa, Mexico to serve the people there, performing life altering eye surgery to those in need. Our ECAN team helped prepare him for the mission by packaging supplies. He also enlists the help of his family members on his trips. This year, he took his daughter Rylee, and her new husband, Trey.
