This flower belonged to Ms.Ruth McKinney. It has out bloomed itself this summer. It has been such an encouragement to me as I walk by I can see her smiling at me. Larry and Gene were really blessed to have such great parents. The boys played a song that Mr.Ralph had recorded at her funneral. How about that. Both boys were there holding her hand when she crossed over to be with her Lord and savior...and Mr. Ralph . Praying everyday I could be half as good as those people that has crossed my path.

At 1st we were thinking inside the R/H for our ministry.
But God open doors thru the years .....we fed people, mowed yards, and etc.
Our biggest door was our g-children ...
Kassi, is so gifted in Arts and crafts. That comes in handy when we needed wallpaper taken down...
Kate is organized...never put chemicals on the top shelf...food 1st.... chemicals bottom shelf .
Kylee and Aaron, most entertaining. Always Nan, you got and empty room so we can hang out in. The ladies playing anything we can play?
Can we go outside and play. Do we get paid now? They did learn to make a grill cheese...so maybe they won't starve..
Kami pretty much run the house the days she was there. She would come in from time to time and say...Nan I need tomorrow off ....Mom will be home and I want to stay with her.
Ellie,
It takes a lot to be an Ellie. We don't like bugs, sweat, dirt, blood. Pretty much drama
queen . She is getting better and wants to learn to cook for her dad.
Reese, pretty much ..... pop and tobe made over.
The ladies love him and he is loving that. Likes pulling weeds, talking to the neighbor.
Kiddos, sorry for the birthday parties we missed . For those events we showed up late looking like death warmed over.... Sorry.... But we are headed home with......a case of silly string, case of shaving cream....water hose, and 2 buckets of over ripe tomatoes.

Ms. Anna Bennett and Ms Eloise Pinion these beautiful people trained me when I went to work at the nursing home. I could go on and on.....and tell about so many things and people but......
The thing I see is a life with God is far greater than a life without him.
We watched people live and die. God's way is much better.
Not everyday is easy. Ask Hester who just loss a son to cancer.
Ask the Lasseter family who loss Gerald.
Bruce and Ralph who in desperation ask us to help with their mom while they searched South Ga for a doctor and facility to help their dad.
A bad day with God is far greater than a bunch of good days with Satan.

My favorite story about Mollie Brady.......
Jack her son-in-law told...
Mollie' s granddaughter ask her dad for some go-go boots. Her dad said when I get paid ..
Everyday she would climb in her dad's lap hug his neck and said dad I sure do thank you for them go-go boots.
When he got paid the 1st thing he did was get them boots.
I can only imagine what we would have at our finger tips if we did God that way.

Hazel Tucker .....of all the all things she did the one I love the most...
Brian, her grandson came the last spring she lived to take to get her bedding plants.
Well when they got back ....I said Brian you look like death warmed over. He said Hazel has drugged me all over Tifton.....ever garden center in Tifton. Why? Looking for yellow petunias.
Well Brian, I don't think they may yellow petunias.
That is what the garden centers told and she just got madder and madder.......
Ms. Hazel went to be with Lord that fall.

The next spring they had yellow petunias in ever garden center I went in.
I guess Hazel got God straighten out about the yellow petunias...

God working in my life has been unbelievable. What helps me everyday is seeing God in others and in his creation.

Our 1sr resident was Francis Saturday.
Because of her ....we later got Estelle McClain, Genevieve Davis, even Ms Lois came because of Ms. Francis. The hardest days we had was when her grandson Josh, who played ever kind of sport there was became sick and died.
Joe his dad was his coach in everything. Jackie his mom was his cheerleader. His sisters a close second. Ms Francis head coach.
We witness a strong, God believing family go thru a nightmare and with God's help come out strong.
