🌿 Weekly Pollen Count Update 🌿

Hello everyone! Here’s your latest pollen report for the week:

🌳 Tree pollen continues to dominate, making up 99% of the total count. Breakdown includes:
• Oak: 37%
• Mulberry: 27%
• Box Elder: 19%
• Other trees (16% total): Pine, Juniper/Cedar, Sycamore, Cottonwood, Maple, Locust, Alder, Ash, Willow, Olive, and Birch

🌱 New this week: We’re seeing the first signs of grass pollen, now making up 1% of the count. We expect grass pollen levels to gradually increase over the coming weeks.

🌼 W**d pollen remains absent, which is seasonally appropriate and should continue through late spring into early summer.

🌼🌿 Pollen Update for Passover & Easter Week 🌿🌼

As we head into this beautiful holiday week, we wanted to share a quick pollen update to help you stay ahead of those seasonal allergies 🤧

The good news: cooler temperatures have helped keep tree pollen in check a bit after last week’s very high counts.
The not-so-good news: pollen levels are still currently in the high range.

🌳 What’s in the air right now?
Tree pollen is the only active allergen in our area at the moment, with:
• Mulberry leading the way at 60%
• Box elder following at 17%
• The remaining ~20% made up of a mix of trees including oak, sycamore, birch, elm, ash, locust, juniper/cedar, olive, maple, cottonwood, willow, and pine

💡 If you’re noticing symptoms, you’re definitely not alone this week!

We recommend limiting outdoor exposure during peak times, keeping windows closed, and staying consistent with your allergy care routine.

🌿 Weekly Pollen Report Update 🌿

We’re seeing a very high pollen count this week, jumping significantly from 292 parts per cubic meter of air to 1184.2 parts per cubic meter. If you’ve been feeling more allergy symptoms than usual, this spike is very likely the cause.

At this time, trees are the only active pollinators in our area. Here’s the current breakdown:
• Box elder: 39%
• Oak: 34%
• Other trees (27% total): mulberry, locust, maple, willow, sycamore, elm, cottonwood, ash, pine, and juniper/cedar

Note: Pollens are grouped together when individual types are not present in high enough amounts to warrant their own percentage.

🌾 Good news: Grass and w**d pollens remain absent for now.

Due to the worsening weather conditions and the number of cancellations we’ve received, our providers have decided to close the office early so our staff can travel home safely during daylight hours.
