🌟 Today we’re celebrating and highlighting a few of the amazing faces behind the phones and schedules in our admin office! Meet Dakota (left), Summer, Catalina, and Makayla (right).

✨ Dakota Gooch – Orthopedic Scheduler
A talented scheduler who loves making handmade bracelets and spending time with her fiancé.

✨ Summer Griffin – Orthopedic Scheduler
When she’s not decorating her new home, you’ll find her in the kitchen whipping up her delicious southern treats.

✨ Catalina Rocha – Lead Operator
With 17 years of dedicated service, Catalina treasures family time with her two daughters and loves hunting Pinterest for new recipes and décor ideas.

"First time patient at Swift in Reno. Dr. Fitzpatrick saw me for my shoulder issues and my experience was 100%. He is a very good communicator, taking the time to fully explain and answer my questions. I was not rushed and left completely confident in my diagnosis. Today at Swift Institute, our theme day was Superhero Day! 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️

I kept hearing all day about the Power Rangers at SportsDome—and they did not disappoint, going all out with their looks! The PI team also crushed it with their capes and masks, while Spiderman fans were spotted all around.

At the end of the day, everyone is a superhero in their own way!

A big thank you to our amazing staff for making our monthly theme days so much fun—I love capturing these days, seeing the creativity, and sharing it with our followers!

Taking the time to check in with patients—not just about their treatment, but about how they’re truly doing—builds a personal connection that can make all the difference in their care. "Mallory is a very caring provider. She always asks how I am doing and how the medication is doing for me. If I have an issue, Mallory will suggest a solution, or a medication change.
