Ashley joined Adapt after being diagnosed with diabetes on October 3rd, 2020. Instead of accepting limits, she chose change. After researching local gyms, she found Adapt, connected with Jacob, visited a few times, and knew it was the right fit.
Since then, Adapt has been more than a gym — it’s been a supportive family. Ashley has gained mobility (especially in her legs), improved her nutrition, built a healthier relationship with food, and stepped outside of her comfort zone into a new community and lifestyle. She’s proud of the physical progress she’s made and the personal growth that’s come with it.
Right now, she’s working toward becoming more independent and self-sufficient at home — continuing to grow stronger in every sense of the word.
To Ashley, Adapt means constantly changing for the better and growing as a person.
Her advice?
“It’s absolutely a no brainer!!! Do it — it’s an investment in yourself.”

We are so proud of you, Ashley. Your strength goes far beyond the gym. 💪💛
