This week is Mental Illness Awareness Week, a time to educate, advocate, and break the stigma surrounding mental health conditions.

🧠 1 in 5 adults experiences a mental illness each year — yet too many still feel they must struggle in silence. Awareness is the first step in creating communities where people feel safe to seek help and supported in their healing.

🌟 Exciting News at AJ Falkers Counseling & Consulting Services! 🌟

We are overjoyed to share that Molly Ripley is officially returning to AJ Falkers Counseling — this time as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Training (LPC-IT)!

Molly first joined our team as a clinical intern, and over the course of the past 10 months, she truly became part of our AJ Falkers family. Throughout her internship, she demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and a genuine heart for serving others. Molly’s ability to connect with clients, provide support during difficult times, and approach her work with creativity and care left a lasting impression on both her clients and colleagues.

Her journey with us has now come full circle, and we are honored that she chose to begin the next step in her professional career here at AJ Falkers Counseling & Consulting Services. As an LPC-IT, under the supervision of Dr. Amanda J. Falkers, Molly will continue to build on her strengths, grow in her clinical skills, and support our mission of being Rooted in Care • Empowering Growth • Supporting Your Journey.
