Thank you. Two simple words that are often said out of habit can be so powerful and even more so now. We likely can all agree that this year has been the most challenging year, to say the least. When times are tough, gratitude especially may feel out of reach.

And yet, dare I say:

Thank you 2020, for you have pushed me to dig deeper than ever before to find gratitude in small and meaningful ways that were once overlooked and can't be "Primed", Googled, or filtered.

During this time I have been virtually welcomed into your homes, met some significant others around the house including pets, and gotten to know you even more than perhaps I would have in the studio. I so appreciate the connection and community that we've maintained over the last 9 months! You have lifted me and motivated me just as much as I, have you.

And for that I say :

Studio Vitality is a fully equipped Yoga and Pilates studio in the heart of Sussex County, NJ. Yoga accessories, Reformers, and a variety of small equipment are available for your use in private and group classes. Enter into our welcoming space for just an hour or so: This is Your time to experience Vitality. Whatever your individual needs are, our dedicated and knowledgeable Yoga and Pilates instructors will guide you with enthusiasm and attention to achieve optimal fitness, gain strength and confidence, relax and—quite simply—restore Vitality within!
