Training back and shoulders is still holding strong as my favorite day. What is it now? Year 7??? 🤣 Regardless, this one was fun. Save it and give it a try on your next upper body workout day.

PYRAMID: 12e/10e/8e/6e - reps go down weight goes up
⚡️PWR Single Arm Row w/ Rotation

REVERSE PYRAMID: 6/8/10/12- reps go up weight comes down
⚡️ Seated Shoulder Press

*rest 1 min-2 min. between pyramids*

SS1: x3
⚡️ 8 Assisted Eccentric Chin-up
⚡️ 10e Angled Shoulder Press

SS2: x3
⚡️ 10 Supported W Raise
⚡️ 10 Underhand Grip Seated Row

*warmup before and cooldown after is ALWAYS encouraged 🫡
