SNOW DAY! In order to keep our employees and patients safe, many of the OCH clinic locations will be closed or operating with limited staff and providers today. Although we encourage you to stay safe and warm during these winter storms, our ER will remain open should you need immediate care.

Congratulations!

Congratulations to Kristen Gold! She was nominated OCH’s November Employee of the Month.

I nominate Kristen Gold at the OCH clinic in Sparta, MO. This month one of the clinic’s main front desk employees was off for the month of November. Kristen went above and beyond at the front desk to help make sure that the clinic ran smoothly. Kristen always made sure that MA’s knew when patients arrived to ensure they got into appointments on time. Kristen is kind and understanding with the patients and other employees. Kristen helped train new employees during this time and also did training herself to be able to vital patients so she could be available to help in multiple capacities. All this and she still stayed on top of her daily duties in the office. She arrives early and leaves late. Kristen is always checking on other employees and is just a wonderful coworker. Thank you, Kristen!
