As Mother's Day draws near, I am excitedly looking forward to all the pampering and Duo Services Hannah and I enjoy doing together- especially when a mother and daughter share the facial and massage experience together at the same time 🌈💜

My favorite part is when a mother and daughter book a duo, but they don't realize we are mom and daughter right away. The looks on their faces are priceless.

Cupping, cold stones, hot stones, gua sha- lots of ways to chip away the stress when clients come in all chewed up by the world. One by one - each of them melt, breathe, and let that stress go.

Such a pretty linen combo today!

I have a bit of a bohemian style, and massage table linens of all different eclectic patterns and colors. Every day when dressing a table, I allow whatever combination to arise.

They're all beautiful and the reversible blankets make the linen combination as unique as the client who uses them.

Today's first table is super pretty!

Hand blended salts with essential oils and dried flower blossoms. This is the base for the Royal Express.

The Royal Express is a 30 minute luxurious session that starts with a wonderfully soothing foot soak while I massage those tired hands, wrists and forearms.

The feet are then wrapped in hot towels as I work those tired calves and knees.

Then the feet are massaged with Dermalogica's luscious body cream, rewrapped and placed on hot stones.

It's 30 minutes that feels like a micro vacation by rejuvenating the mind and body.
