🌟 Staff Spotlight: Morgan Tapper 🌟
Director of North Carolina Services | Black lab enthusiast | Sideline soccer mom

Meet Morgan Tapper, who’s coming up on her one-year anniversary with CLC on Sept. 1.🎉 From day one, Morgan has brought heart, hustle, and a whole lot of good vibes to everything she does.

What drives her? Seeing the smiles of the people we serve and watching them hit their personal milestones. 💚 Morgan leads an incredible team in North Carolina, overseeing services that are growing faster than her two black labs chasing a tennis ball. 🐾

Armed with a BA in Psychology and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Belmont Abbey College, she’s now training to become a Person-Centered Trainer — because she’s always leveling up!

When she’s not out making an impact, Morgan’s probably cheering her daughter on from the soccer sidelines, chasing sunshine at the beach or enjoying the crisp North Carolina mountain air.

“I’ve felt welcomed and valued at the Charles Lea Center since day one,” she says. And we can honestly say — the feeling is mutual.

Thanks for being awesome, Morgan. 💙

Our 'Cooking Up Confidence' classes are not just about cooking—they're about learning kitchen skills, thanks to dedicated staff from our WeCare Health & Wellness clinic. In this dynamic four-class series, participants plan menus with FoodShare boxes from FoodShare Spartanburg. 🍎🍐🍊Recently, the men at one of our supportive living homes enjoyed a delightful dinner that they planned and made featuring homemade pizzas and refreshing green smoothies! 🍕🧋 Delish!
