Phil 4:13 was written in a prison, not a gym. Regularly engaging an enemy produces consistency in chaos vs emotion in chaos. God gives us strength to enjoy the good, as well as endure the bad. Paul epitomized this because he recognized the constant spiritual battle going on in our midst. Choose to engage the enemy...you are in a battle, like it or not!
