We do not engage in politics at our pharmacy. We try to welcome all, and our mission earlier this year was to make our pharmacy more accessible to all even though at the time we didn’t quite know what else we could do. We already try to be welcoming and call our patients by name. We already offer free delivery with a no tip policy. We ship to SC, GA, NC. We started compounding which brings the hardest to find medications to our area. We opened a health clinic in our pharmacy to make it easier for patients to be seen. But how else could we make our pharmacy more accessible?
After today’s events, it’s clear there is an over abundance of hate in this world. It almost seems hopeless. And then it hit me….
In a world full of darkness, be the light. Keep shining even when they try to smother you. Shine so bright the darkness can’t hide you.
With all that is going on, not just on tv, but what is happening, almost in secret it seems, to independent pharmacies across this country, our only hope is to love and give until it hurts. We will never overcome evil with more evil, only love.
We don’t have much to give but this is our ministry. Soon we will begin making compounds even more accessible to all (with a prescription of course). We believe in the power of giving and we serve a mighty God. Stay tuned for a video this week explaining more.
