The whole month of March then Zen Den will be hosting a donation drive for the Spartanburg Humane Society! 🐈 😻 🐕 Here's a list of their most needed items. However, they are grateful for any donations at all and will also welcome towels (good and used condition) and blankets. Donations can be dropped off at the office: 275 E. Henry Street in Spartanburg. We are SO excited to be working with them and will continue to be a drop off donation point in the future for them.

The Zen Den is SO excited to announce that Debbie is joining our team! Starting February 4th, her availability will be:
Monday: 10:00am-6:00pm.
Tuesday: 10:00am-1:00pm.
Wednesday: 10:00am-6:00pm.
Friday: 10:00am-6:00pm.

She specializes in Light-Firm pressure, Swedish Relaxation, Sports Massage, and Aromatherapy Massage. 💆‍♀️

We were honored to receive a substantial donation today, from The Zen Den Theraputic Massage LLC. Back in November for Veterans Day they announced an ongoing donation opportunity for their clients, which continued through the end of 2025, to help Warriors Once Again recover and restore homeless veterans. We are grateful to Crystina and all of her generous clients who donated to support us in our mission.

As 2025 comes to an end, I can't help but be so excited for this next year, this new chapter, & embracing all the new changes and growth in store. 2025 was a year of lessons learned and friendships and connections made. This was such an intense year of growth (personal & business related), numerous challenges, and learning to enforce boundaries. A year of practicing what I preach with staying on top of my own self-care. I just know 2026 is going to be insane in the best way ✨️🥂🍾✨️🥂🍾
