My grandma lived to be 99.5 with hardly an issue bc she never took meds or went to the doctor. The same with my dad - 79.5 with no health issues. Both only had issues when medications & 💉 were brought in. Medication and doctor visits have their place, but LESS is more in these cases. ✅️

I've been working here 9 months and while assisting with taking x-rays I see this on nearly every new patient we get, including on myself! (Who else in Gen-X was "banging it out" with Metallica in the 80s? 😄)
