In order to provide a solution to the growing number of patients with chronic and acute pain in our communities, CORE Health Centers has developed a unique program that provides comprehensive services for the evaluation and treatment of chronic and acute pain. The program utilizes a multidisciplinary team of specially trained doctors, physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and supporting medical staff and incorporates highly successful treatment protocols that offer a high level of relief and fast recovery without prescribing addictive medications or painful surgeries. We focus on correctly and accurately diagnosing each patients condition and tailoring treatment protocols to each individuals needs. It is this approach that will give the fastest relief and provide patients with remarkable results.
